How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply get in touch through socials n Instagram and Facebook, or email me
whiskandbear@gmail.com.
To make the process easier, if you could please provide as much information as possible when
enquiring about your custom order. Eg: product type, quantity, flavours, colours, and serves (cake).

Do you offer cake tastings?

I can provide a cake tasting box at request for anyone wanting to order for a wedding.

 

How much notice do I need to give for an order?

The more notice the better to ensure I have the time and capabilities to fulfil your order
requirements. Pending postage times, I am able to accept orders up to 5 days before event.

 

Can I design my own cake or send in a picture of my design?

Yes, absolutely! I love to hear and see all your ideas and work with you to bring them to life. If you
can dream it, I can make it. I am upfront with designs and my capabilities to see what we can come
up with together. However, if you send me a picture of a cake created and decorated by another
baker, I can only use that as inspiration, and will not directly plagiarise someone else’s cake design.

 

Is there a minimum order?

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes. You can make as many changes to colours and designs as you like, up to seven days prior to
your order being delivered. Once your order is being created, minimal to no changes can be made.
Changes and cancellations can be made up to 7 days before your delivery(Dubbo local) and 10 days
for post. However deposits are non refundable. See Terms & Conditions
