Hi I'm Claire, a self taught baker and decorator from the Central West.
I grew up in Sydney / Blue Mountains, then moved to Dubbo in mid 2018 with my family.
I started Whisk & Bear in late 2020, turning my passion into my dream job. I have always loved anything and everything food but have always had a special space in my heart for baking and decorating.
Whisk & Bear is a finalist in two catagories for the Dubbo Chamber of Commerce Awards 2021.
