Terms & Conditions

 

It will be the client’s responsibility to thoroughly check any emails or messages sent to and from Whisk and Bear in relation to dessert orders to ensure that all information discussed including design, and spellings are correct prior to completion, as Whisk and Bear will not be liable for any errors once dessert designs are completed.

Cancellation / Refund

​

a) If you decide to cancel your order, your deposit will not be refunded. Your deposit amount is to cover ingredients, and secure diary date (which may render Whisk and Bear to turn away other potential orders). Holding fee is generally 15% of total cost collectivly (entire order).

Deposit is due when booking your order, and full amount is due one week prior to order due date.

 

b) This does not apply for short notice orders as the full amount is due when placing your order and is non-refundable.

 

c) If you decide to cancel your order within the 7 days prior to delivery, you will still be liable for the final payment.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

 

Once payment is made, the order will be confirmed and the customer will receive a copy of the invoice via email. Confirmation of order via payment signifies agreement to Whisk and Bear’s Terms and Conditions.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

 

Whisk and Bear takes pride in being able to provide nut-free, vegan and gluten-free cakes and cupcakes. We will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from intolerance or allergies. It's the customer's obligation to inform Whisk and Bear, in written form, of any allergies and dietary requirements, as the cakes contain gluten, eggs and dairy products.
